1. Digital Crochet Patterns & Intellectual Property

All digital crochet patterns, step-by-step PDF instructions, photos, and diagrams published on CocoPlushies are the intellectual property of CocoPlushies.

You MAY: Sell finished physical plushies made by hand from our patterns in small batches, provided you give design credit to @cocoplushiesofficial.

You MAY NOT: Resell, copy, translate, redistribute, or share the PDF file or instructions in whole or in part on any platform.

2. Physical Plushies & Pakistan Shipping

Physical, hand-crocheted finished plushies ship within Pakistan only. All prices are listed in PKR (Rs.) and processed securely through LemonSqueezy. Please ensure accurate delivery addresses and phone numbers during checkout to avoid delivery delays.

3. Custom Commissions

Custom plushie commission requests submitted through our Commission Form are reviewed individually. Quotes are non-binding until finalized and paid. Production turnaround times are estimated based on design complexity.

4. Refund Policy

Digital Patterns: Due to the instant, downloadable nature of PDF files, sales of digital patterns are generally final once the download link has been accessed. If you encounter any technical issues downloading your pattern, contact us immediately and we will re-send your files.
Physical Plushies: If an item arrives damaged, please reach out with photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or resolution.
